Do we pay for calls?

Calls from fixed lines that are answered from your office are included in the service. However if you wish to accept calls from mobile users, there is a charge for the time of the connection. You may also choose not to accept mobile callers.

How will I know if I am getting calls on the 1300 MED CLINIC line?

We provide a FREE "Monthly call reporting service" Included in your monthly registration fee. You will receive detailed information on all call's answered by your practice / rooms or clinic.

Should we still do advertising?

We do not offer specific marketing advice. When Advertising your Clinic with a memorable Phone Word such as 1300 MED CLINIC, customers are 6 times more likely to remember the number than a numeric equivalent. 1300 MED CLINIC will be advertised in the online yellow pages.
